Thank you for considering Locs by Cole (Niqcole) as your loctician, if you are a new client PLEASE BOOK A “NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION” first and separately from any service appointments. Failing to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled! Thank you!! • • -Please make sure you've booked the correct service and length for you appointment. -If you have any scalp conditions (eczema, excessive dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis or psoriasis you will need to see a dermatologist and get treated. I don't have the proper answers for you and proper resources to treat the issue correctly. • • -Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE!! - If your appointment is canceled 24 hours in advance you have until end of day to reschedule, you're allowed (1) reschedule. If your appointment is cancel less than 24 hours you will have to pay your remaining balance to reschedule and secure your appointment with another deposit. If you fail to pay your remaining balance you will no longer be able to book with Locs by Cole. - If I have to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason your deposit is still valid for your next appointment. • • • -Clients are allowed a 15 minute grace period before rescheduling is required, you will have until the end of the day to reschedule before your deposit is forfeited. * I am human and I do tend to run over my appointment times due to unforeseen circumstances, so as I give you a 15 minute grace period I will also apply this to myself. If I do happen to go over 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time your service will be discounted. -NO CALL NO SHOWS will no longer be able to book with LocsbyCole, unless previous service charge is paid. * Guests * -Please no extra guest.
